1-3+ years experience as a Processor or Account Manager in mortgage lending (non-QM is a plus). Tenacious follow-up skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Polished, poised, and professional demeanor. Organized and deadline-driven with a "whatever it takes" mindset. Growth mindset and a hunger to learn the business deeply.
Responsibilities:
Deliver white glove service from submission through close. Keep brokers informed with timely, clear updates. Respond accurately and take initiative to resolve issues. Manage active loan pipelines. Sort and convert conditions within 24 hours. Keep Salesforce and internal systems updated. Anticipate questions and send proactive follow-ups. Represent Lendz professionally in verbal and written communication. Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Closing, and Funding teams. Learn about non-QM lending to solve problems. Absorb training and utilize tools. Share ideas for efficiency and service enhancement.
