Requirements:
3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. Experience managing contract manufacturers for mass-market brands. Experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or hair care industry strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in managing vendor performance for OTIF delivery targets. High proficiency in English (C1–C2). Strong understanding of procurement practices, terms, and negotiation strategies. Familiarity with production processes, fulfillment workflows, and efficiency metrics. Ability to track vendor KPIs, analyze capacity, and implement performance improvement plans. Strong analytical skills for forecasting, data tracking, and process optimization. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. Highly self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented. Proactive problem-solver. Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities. Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage domestic and international vendors for OTIF delivery. Issue, track, and manage purchase orders (POs). Monitor vendor production progress and address risks. Maintain and evaluate vendor scorecards and execute improvement plans. Analyze vendor capacity and capabilities. Liaise between internal and external stakeholders to resolve supply chain challenges. Provide visibility on vendor performance to Supply Chain Manager. Collaborate with Product Development, Operations, and Logistics teams. Contribute to cost-efficiency, quality, and service-level improvement initiatives.
