Responsibilities:
Build and execute global demand generation strategy aligned to revenue targets, pipeline goals, and GTM priorities. Define investment framework and performance model for demand generation across segments and channels. Partner with Revenue Strategy & Analytics to forecast pipeline outcomes, CAC, and ROI. Lead integrated campaigns across digital, ABM, field, and partner marketing. Oversee enterprise-level motions and scaled mid-market campaigns. Build predictable lead-to-revenue funnels across all demand channels. Lead and develop a high-performing team of senior managers. Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps for seamless lead flow and campaign alignment. Drive enablement and messaging consistency across marketing touchpoints. Own performance metrics and dashboards for marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline. Partner with Revenue Analytics team to model outcomes and optimize budget allocation. Leverage AI-driven tools for personalization, targeting, and efficiency. Serve as the executive voice of demand generation, presenting insights to C-suite and Board. Collaborate with Product and Customer Success leadership on lifecycle marketing.
