Strong interest in climate change, climate finance and blockchain technology Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices Proficient in MS Office Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) Excellent communication skills

Assist with curating and/or creating Capacity Building material Create Learning and Training opportunities for volunteers Deliver training initiatives Provide regular administrative support for learning and development functions Assist in the coordination of BCI learning and training sessions
