- High school degree or GED.
- 1 year of previous customer service experience.
- Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).

- Notify clients of benefits ending soon and assist with reauthorization or explain next steps.
- Explain benefits including nutritional counseling requirements and possible timelines.
