Requirements:
  • High school degree or GED.
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience.
  • Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).
  • Clear oral communication skills.
  • Previous experience with data entry.
  • Must have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port (Cable Modem/service or Fiber Optic). No Satellite, 4/5G, or DSL circuits.
  • Must have a quiet workspace that is free from distraction.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, including de-escalations.
  • Address customer questions and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Input order information into the client order screen.
  • Document all client conversations in the client information database.
  • Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file.
  • Contact case managers for special client situations.
  • Assist clients with reships.
  • Assist callers inquiring about Community Supports benefit and submit self-referrals.
  • Notify clients of benefits ending soon and assist with reauthorization or explain next steps.
  • Explain benefits including nutritional counseling requirements and possible timelines.
