Requirements:
University degree 3+ years of experience in Account Management, ideally with marketplace and/or retail businesses Command English and Italian at a professional level; German is a plus Proven experience in managing and growing accounts Proven experience in driving performance improvements Proven experience in coordinating operational projects with a hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset Passionate about working with people and effective communication, influence, and trust-building skills Tech and AI-first mindset coupled with strong critical thinking skills Resilient, learning from setbacks and bringing a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving Previous experience working in a marketplace environment
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of a defined seller portfolio, focusing on account growth and unlocking opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers as a trusted partner. Act as a problem-solver and advocate for accounts, collaborating with internal teams. Ensure smooth operational setup and performance by guiding sellers. Analyze performance and identify growth levers for sellers. Drive strategic initiatives with leadership engagement.
