Requirements:
At least 1.5 years of AE sales experience in SaaS companies. Alternatively, 1.5 years of SDR or BDR experience in SaaS companies. Strong record of quota attainment. Strong customer relation skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels. Self-learner, autodidact, and high independence. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Experience working with CRM and project management tools. Energetic, positive, and motivated. Team player with strong communications skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup dynamic environment. Hungry to make a true impact and grow with us. Ability to work remotely from Mon-Fri. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle managing your own account pipeline. Contribute to the team's pipeline. Consult businesses to make them paying customers. Provide top-notch customer service. Improve the product based on knowledge and feedback gathered. Act as the company's eyes and ears regarding clients. Be the face of the company, representing outstanding customer service. Influence the product based on client demands and needs. Engage in cross-departmental involvement and information sharing. Demonstrate initiative, independence, and ownership.
