Requirements:
Experience in a patient-facing, relationship-driven, or sales-support role (concierge medicine, healthcare operations, or premium service industries preferred). Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed enrollment, retention, or conversion targets. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Self-directed, organized, and motivated by clear goals. High emotional intelligence and comfort speaking with patients about healthcare decisions. Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Passion for women’s health, integrative medicine, and high-touch care.
Responsibilities:
Drive member enrollment to achieve each practice’s target panel size. Conduct outbound and inbound patient outreach via phone, text, and email. Manage and track a conversion pipeline. Identify and problem-solve barriers to enrollment. Serve as a trusted point of contact for patients during the transition. Clearly articulate how the membership model enhances care. Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions in Monarch’s CRM and dashboards. Provide white-glove support for VIP or high-complexity patients. Work closely with Monarch’s operations, marketing, and physician experience teams. Partner with the physician and practice staff for alignment. Surface insights from patient conversations to refine strategies.
