Requirements:
Proven experience as a headhunter, executive recruiter, or senior talent acquisition consultant. Strong familiarity with the U.S. enterprise technology or cybersecurity sales landscape. Excellent sourcing and direct-approach skills using LinkedIn, networking, and market mapping. Ability to engage and persuade senior sales professionals. Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, independent, and able to work remotely across time zones.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, approach, and recruit top cybersecurity sales professionals in the U.S. market. Utilize a target list of companies to locate and directly poach qualified candidates. Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidates’ experience, motivation, and cultural fit. Present qualified candidates and manage communication between candidates and the hiring team. Coordinate interview scheduling, gather feedback, and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process. Maintain detailed candidate tracking and provide regular updates on search progress. Represent our company professionally and confidentially in all interactions.
