Responsibilities:

Utilize the company's booking system as needed to assist customers with reservations and inquiries. Send follow-up text messages during or after phone calls to provide additional information or confirm details. Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
