Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred; 4+ years of experience in practice management and/or as a physician specialist may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, successfully engaging PCPs, specialists, and health systems required. Proven work experience as a Practice Manager or similar role in healthcare management. Strong knowledge of clinic operations, medical office management, and clinical supervision/staff management. Strong knowledge of value based care key performance metrics and clinical performance management. Proven ability to analyze and interpret reports to identify practice success opportunities. Demonstrated understanding of the healthcare delivery system and value based-care. Comfortable and productive in a remote work environment with up to 70% travel. Ability to travel frequently to assigned physician practices. Must have reliable access to high-speed internet. Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep up with Medicare policies. Ability to arrange and consistently travel to various work sites and possess a valid driver's license. Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Resilience and adaptability. Effective organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical partners. Consult and discuss relevant information with providers and stakeholders. Assist with onboarding practices to Honest services and operationalize programs. Educate practices on value-based care opportunities and activities. Achieve key performance metrics for assigned practices. Utilize data to prioritize practice work and develop performance strategies. Communicate Honest Health programs/services and coordinate performance tactics. Serve as the practice point of contact for all Honest operational issues. Maintain accurate documentation on provider engagement. Partner with Honest Health’s clinical team to support care team objectives. Demonstrate proficiency in Honest Health’s business model and speak to performance data. Collaborate cross-functionally internally to identify trends and improvements. Provide reports and updates to the Director of Market Operations.
