Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Willingness to obtain additional state licenses At least 8 years of nursing experience 2 years as a nurse leader in a remote oncology navigation and/or remote oncology case management environment Certified as Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse (AOCN), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Specialist (AOCNS), or Certified Case Manager (CCM) Proven leadership experience with coaching, mentorship, and accountability Demonstrated success in building leaders through coaching and mentoring Hands-on experience designing and implementing structured performance management strategies Experience applying data-driven approaches to improve productivity and outcomes Experience aligning leadership development and team performance strategies with organizational goals Experience leading teams through organizational change and growth Flexibility and resilience in adapting to shifting priorities Experience with video chatting, Google Suite, Slack, electronic health records, or willingness to learn new technology Ability to identify priorities and take action Self-starter with bias to action
Responsibilities:
Lead multiple Nurse Team Leads and their nursing teams Ensure highest standards of clinical care delivery with efficiency Coach and mentor Nurse Team Leads on people management skills Design and implement people management strategies to enhance team performance Support reinforcement of NCQA-compliant workflows and documentation Act as an escalation point for complex member and caregiver cases Build strong communication loops across leadership and frontline nurses Champion adoption and consistency of NCQA-compliant workflows Anticipate staffing needs, support succession planning, and foster career growth Represent nursing leadership in cross-functional forums
