Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a quantitative STEM field (Master’s degree preferred). 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles. Strong background in statistics, causal inference, and machine learning. Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and familiarity with statistical modelling libraries and data platforms. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent communication skills. Growth mindset and willingness to learn marketing measurement methodologies. 2+ years of experience in marketing attribution, marketing mix modeling (MMM), or experimentation analysis (Bonus). Experience developing and maintaining production-grade models (Bonus). Familiarity with MLOps tools and data pipeline orchestration frameworks (Bonus).
