Requirements:
3+ years of enterprise selling experience. 5+ years of leadership experience at a fast-paced, high-growth B2B software company. Significant experience and proven results selling into and navigating Enterprise environments. Experience negotiating large 6-7 figure deals with complex terms. Experience building diverse sales teams and a proven record of recruiting, hiring, and training top sales talent. Proven track record of over-achieving quota in IC and leadership roles. Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology. Familiar with Force Management, MEDDPICC, and comparable sales qualification frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and develop a team of high-caliber account executives. Provide guidance and mentoring on selling, negotiations, and technical barriers. Take calls directly on deals and assist Account Executives (AEs). Ensure effective pipeline generation and accurate forecasting. Implement and execute a value-based selling approach. Collaborate with engineering, customer success, partnerships, pre-sales, and science teams.
