Requirements:
5-7+ years of experience in people operations, business operations, internal communications, or a related field Strong project and program management skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly responsive and service-oriented mindset Comfort working in ambiguity and creating structure Collaborative approach with the ability to build trust and partnerships Systems thinking and process improvement orientation Experience supporting or working in fully remote organizations Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Culture Amp (or similar) is helpful
Responsibilities:
Own and execute cultural rituals including employee recognition and connection events. Plan and coordinate quarterly all-hands meetings and connection events. Manage employee survey administration and synthesis support. Support DEIB initiatives. Partner on cascading information and ensure effective communication modalities. Maintain organized internal resources. Support planning and execution of external events. Launch and monitor onboarding and offboarding checklists. Coordinate with vendors for equipment, swag, and logistics. Manage administrative operations. Support larger strategic initiatives as a program partner. Project manage smaller organizational initiatives. Collaborate to run internal initiatives and operations efficiently. Encourage, facilitate, and evaluate internal experimentation and process improvements. Identify opportunities to strengthen cultural programs and internal operations.
