Requirements:
10+ years of work experience in law enforcement, intelligence, government, trust and safety, or an adjacent field. Detailed knowledge of North Asian law enforcement, policymakers, and online safety trends. Stellar public speaking, short-notice travel, and relationship-building skills. Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Agility to navigate ambiguity and resilience to overcome obstacles. Korean and/or Japanese language skills (in addition to English).
Responsibilities:
Develop and advance strategic law enforcement relationships in North Asia and globally. Plan and execute educational programs for law enforcement agencies on Roblox's safety efforts. Monitor and advise on law enforcement developments affecting Roblox in North Asia. Understand and respond to regional law enforcement concerns. Develop expertise in Roblox's safety practices and advocate for enhancements. Draft professional work product for internal and external audiences based on safety investigations. Collaborate with internal Legal & Advocacy, Safety, Product, and Communications teams.
