Develop and manage care provider schedules Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans Ensure care providers meet performance targets Provide guidance to Lead Exercise Physiologist and Lead Intake Specialist Lead recruitment process for new care providers Oversee onboarding and training programs Review and approve invoices related to program operations Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) Monitor and analyze program data and metrics Facilitate regular meetings with care providers Prepare agendas and lead monthly huddles Monitor care team slack channels and respond to escalations
