Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. Proficiency in data analysis and BI tools such as SQL, Excel/Sheets, Amplitude, Looker, Power BI, and Tableau. Experience designing and analyzing experiments using methods such as A/B testing, cohort analysis, and elasticity modeling. Strong communication and storytelling skills. Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for data accuracy and experimentation. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence strategic decisions. MBA or postgraduate degree in a quantitative field; certifications in pricing, experimentation, or analytics, preferred.
