Requirements:
4-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Minimum of 2 years of market research, marketing, or consulting experience. Experience with statistical software and research tools (e.g., Q, Decipher, SPSS Data Collection, Qualtrics). Excellent Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and written/verbal communication skills. Responsibilities:
Produce surveys, screeners, and discussion guides aligned with research design. Apply best practices and client-specific standards across research methods. Frame research questions and develop approaches for business questions. Oversee survey programming and monitor fieldwork. Contribute to proposal creation. Create crosstabs in Decipher and Q. Synthesize data to draw insights and conclusions. Identify and propose solutions for data errors. Screen for quality control in participant recruitment. Deliver actionable, prescriptive, and relevant insights and reports. Create visuals to communicate learnings accurately. Participate in client-facing presentations.
