Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in affiliate, partnerships, influencer, or performance marketing Minimum of at least 1 year working directly within the affiliate landscape Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems Experience managing partner relationships, negotiating agreements, and driving measurable results Experience managing or mentoring team members Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills Familiarity with Retail Media Networks is a plus Familiarity with AI-led partner strategies is a plus Experience with platforms such as Impact, CJ, Partnerize, or Rakuten preferred
