Technical Product Manager

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical discipline. Deep technical understanding of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows. Strong SQL skills and comfort querying and interpreting data independently. 6–10 years of product experience, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI-enabled products. Proven record of building and shipping complex products from concept to iteration. Experience working in agile, fast-moving environments with engineering-heavy collaboration. Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, data models, or generative AI applications. Comfortable working in ambiguity and making sound decisions with incomplete information. Analytical, structured thinker who can translate technical complexity into actionable plans. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Translate projects and initiatives into detailed technical requirements and execution plans. Partner with engineering, data, and design to build, test, and launch features. Own technical product documentation, user stories, and release management. Use SQL and data analysis to define KPIs, validate hypotheses, and monitor product performance. Run A/B tests and experiments to drive learning from idea to outcome. Ensure alignment across stakeholders through clear communication and prioritization. Anticipate and manage technical risks, edge cases, and dependencies. Operate with urgency and ownership in an environment with evolving requirements. Collaborate with data and AI teams to integrate intelligence and automation into product workflows.
