6+ years of direct experience in sales compensation administration, finance, or a related Sales Operations function Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Direct, hands-on experience with Salesforce SPIFF or expertise with other automated incentive compensation (ICM) platforms Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) and NetSuite (ERP) systems Demonstrated high attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated growth mindset with a proactive approach to identifying system and process gaps Strong, articulated desire to grow into a people management and leadership role
