6+ years of direct experience in sales compensation administration, finance, or a related Sales Operations function. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Direct, hands-on experience with Salesforce SPIFF or expertise with other automated incentive compensation (ICM) platforms. Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) and NetSuite (ERP) systems. Demonstrated high attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A demonstrated growth mindset with a proactive approach to identifying system and process gaps and driving continuous improvement. A strong, articulated desire to grow into a people management and leadership role.
