Extensive hands-on expertise with the EZLynx insurance management platform (quoting, policy management, CRM, reporting, automation tools). Ability to train and demonstrate EZLynx features clearly and effectively. Strong understanding of insurance workflows. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Reliable internet connection and a fully functional home office setup.

Train and demonstrate EZLynx features to management and team members. Manage insurance workflows including client onboarding, policy renewals, endorsements, and claims tracking. Provide excellent service in a fast-paced remote environment.
