Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate daily operations of the repair network. Achieve company objectives for growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Define and execute a strategic vision for service operations. Expand service network coverage. Identify, qualify, and onboard new service partners. Negotiate pricing and partnership agreements. Maintain strong relationships with service partners. Develop and manage a servicing scorecard and KPIs. Implement business strategies to improve operational processes and customer experience.
