Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer relationships nationally Drive team performance and productivity, ensuring sales targets and objectives are met and exceeded Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, executives, and stakeholders Navigate complex sales processes and contract negotiations for large deals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business goals Drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's success in a high-growth environment Leverage customer-facing skills to engage effectively with executives Utilize familiarity with cloud service providers, channel partnerships, and knowledge of Database as a Service (DBaaS) and the broader database market to explore growth opportunities Implement metrics, systems, and processes to scale a product sales organization Establish a foundation for a scalable enterprise selling motion Streamline the top of the funnel and scale the sales process through operational efficiency Drive net new and expansion growth by leveraging Neo4j's suite of new products to create profitable markets
