Partner Audit Remediation Program Manager

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Safety, or a related field 5 years experience in compliance, auditing, or a related role Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Oversee enterprise audit activities related to partner continued conformity with Waymo's partner standards Review audits of partners to assess their adherence to agreements, legal requirements, and ethical guidelines Collaborate with partners to address compliance or conformance issues and implement corrective action plans Follow up on audit findings to ensure implementation of corrective actions and Waymo SME sign-off Provide guidance to partners on conformance with best practices and regulatory changes Provide regular updates to leadership about partner remediation performance
