Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere). Knowledge of CapCut, Canva, Cinema 4D and/or other 3D software is advantageous. High proficiency in GenAI tools such as Runway, Google Veo, Kling AI, Sora, Luma. At least 3 years of experience with an up-to-date showreel. Experience working on FMCG and/or global brands. Minimum Matric/Grade 12 certificate; relevant degree or diploma. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead concept development for films and motion design projects. Deliver marketing materials from concept to completion. Collaborate with creative teams on project scoping and timelines. Provide leadership and expertise to the motion and video team. Mentor and manage junior team members. Act as a Brand Guardian on key accounts. Present work internally and to clients.
