Manage finance admin tasks including data entry, reconciliations, and documentation Support invoicing, payment processing, and expense tracking Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks, Airtable, or other financial tools Track and update project budgets, vendor payments, and internal spend Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing and reporting accuracy Prepare recurring finance summaries and reports for leadership Assist in refining finance workflows, templates, and internal documentation Communicate with vendors and clients regarding finance-related inquiries
