Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent; BA degree preferred. 1+ years customer service experience. Good verbal and written communication skills. Care about customers and engage with them. Proficiency with basic computer functions. Strong learning agility; flexible and adaptable. Availability to work shifts between 7:30 am – 10pm EST, Monday through Friday. Bi-Lingual opportunities available with a pay differential.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for inbound customer calls across product lines. Assesses needs and provides service resolution. Tracks and gathers information. Relies on standard work and pre-established guidelines. Provides information on product features and plan concepts. Completes and verifies transactions. Captures caller information on customer management system. Contributes to process improvement by capturing feedback. Complies with all division policies and regulatory requirements.
