At least two years of full-cycle high volume recruiting experience, ideally for Operations teams (Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Fraud). Proven experience as a full-stack recruiter managing the entire candidate process end-to-end. Love for hiring at high volumes and delivering hires consistently. Strong sourcing skills and experience nurturing relationships with passive talent. Data-focused approach to measure pipeline health and manage expectations. Comfortable with ownership, moving fast, managing multiple roles, and accountability. Ability to provide an incredible candidate experience. Responsibilities:
Lead hiring for critical high-volume roles. Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders. Source strong talent through creative channels. Act as a full-cycle recruiter from sourcing to closing. Manage pipelines for 10-15+ open roles simultaneously. Assist with developing job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics. Iterate on candidate feedback to improve the recruiting process. Mentor peers and share best practices. Build scalable recruiting workflows. Emphasize diversity and encourage inclusive hiring practices.
