Proven experience as a full-stack recruiter managing the entire candidate process end-to-end. Love for hiring at high volumes and delivering hires consistently. Strong sourcing skills and experience nurturing relationships with passive talent. Data-focused approach to measure pipeline health and manage expectations. Comfortable with ownership, moving fast, managing multiple roles, and accountability. Ability to provide an incredible candidate experience.
