3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience in high-growth, founder-led, or startup environments preferred. Comfortable recruiting across multiple role types (technical, creative, operations, client-facing, leadership). Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates. Skilled at running structured screens and synthesizing information. Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse or similar). Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic reporting. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to build and refine processes. Clear and concise communicator. Ability to work as an independent contractor (for Canada/LatAm candidates).
