Sr. Manager, Business Operations & Strategy

7+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, investment banking, or private equity Experience in FinTech or trading industries preferred Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives from ideation to execution Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication and executive presence Ability to translate strategic questions into quantitative frameworks A proactive, self-starter mentality Familiarity with SQL, Google Data Studio, and BigQuery (bonus) Financial modeling experience (bonus)

Partner with executive and departmental leadership to define and operationalize strategic priorities across the organization Lead complex, cross-functional projects that deliver on NinjaTrader’s growth ambitions Conduct financial, operational, and customer analyses to assess performance, identify opportunities, and build recommendations for leadership Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate new initiatives, partnerships, or operational improvements Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Director of Strategy and executive leaders Synthesize data, insights, and recommendations into clear, executive-ready presentations Mentor and manage junior team members Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive dynamics
