Build revenue intelligence infrastructure with <10% forecast variance Reduce manual work by 30%+ through automation and workflow improvements Reduce deal cycle length by 20%+ through improved handoffs and deal desk operations Create seamless data flows between HubSpot, BigQuery, Omni, and supporting tools Establish repeatable, scalable commercial methodologies and playbooks Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams for alignment Build infrastructure and processes for rapid team growth (territory planning, capacity modeling, compensation design) Support planning cycles, QBRs, and board reporting with analytics
