Strong knowledge of dental insurance policies, procedures, and industry trends. Experience in dental insurance verification preferred. Minimum of 2 years dental office experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Familiarity with a variety of practice management solutions (PMS). Knowledge of, and ability to comply with, HIPAA, HITECH, and patient confidentiality policies. Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
Complete insurance eligibility verifications by phone, web, and fax, tracking and summarizing work. Obtain and enter Full Insurance Breakdowns into client practice management systems. Partner directly with customers to ensure verifications are completed, highlighting failures and requesting information. Complete and transmit invoicing forms monthly.
