Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of experience in criminal background screening. Experience handling confidential information and following industry regulations such as the FCRA. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability. Ability to type at least 45 WPM accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office tools. Comfortable using standard office equipment. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively. Able to collaborate with team members and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
