7+ years of experience in LAN/WAN network administration in a managed services-oriented environment Experience with configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, and managing ScienceLogic and SNMP Experience with configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, and managing Palo Alto Networks Prisma SD-WAN and ION Hardware devices Experience with configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, and managing Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS Experience with configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, and managing Cisco Viptela SDWAN and Catalyst Switches, Routers (ISR, etc) Experience with configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, and managing Cisco Meraki hardware and software Experience with configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, and managing Fortinet Fortigate firewalls, Fortimanager, Fortianalyzer, EMS, etc Experience with configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, and managing Cradlepoint Cellular Routers and NetCloud Manager Experience with configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, and managing Peplink Cellular Routers, Peplink InControl2, and Peplink SpeedFusion Familiarity with Cellular and Modern Mobility Networks (3G, 4G LTE, 5G) Familiarity with SIM cards, including provisioning and troubleshooting Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud environments Experience with VoIP, IP Phones, and SIP trunking Experience supporting a distributed WAN with expert knowledge of MPLS, IPSec Tunneling, BGP, and SD-WAN Experience deploying SASE services, including cloud firewall Experience integrating SD-WAN with cloud-delivered security services (e.g., CASB, ZTNA, SWG, FWaaS) Expertise in network firewall technologies such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco Experience supporting multiple LAN sites with knowledge of firewalls, routers, switches, Access Points, VLANs, Subnets Organized individual with great attention to detail Capable of installing network equipment in a customer and/or data center environment Able to perform duties with limited supervision, be punctual, and work in a remote team environment Excellent interpersonal skills required Ability to work during non-standard business hours Excellent customer service skills and drive to see problems through to completion
