Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field. 0–3 years of IT or systems administration experience (internship, co-op, or full-time). Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux environments. Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash). Exposure to virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn. U.S. Citizenship required (Public Trust eligibility).
