Ability to conduct business in Spanish (verbal and written) is required. Ability to conduct business in Portuguese is highly preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years of previous prospecting experience. Familiarity with systems: Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools. Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Strong business and tech acumen. Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment. Ability to understand customer needs and meet them with a successful product sale. Excellent time management/organizational skills. Prior lead generation or sales prospecting experience and a college degree will enhance consideration.
Responsibilities:
Qualify, follow up, educate, and develop inbound and outbound leads. Respond and qualify inbound marketing leads according to SLAs. Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for sales executives. Research target new accounts, identify key personas, add contacts, and generate interest through cold outreach. Use selling and influencing skills to understand customer needs and pitch Cribl solutions. Log and maintain Salesforce data according to Cribl's processes. Distribute leads/meetings to assigned sales executives. Achieve meeting quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives. Work closely with Sales Directors and attend customer meetings. Attend sales meetings, training, and trade shows. Work with marketing to improve lead quality and pipeline generation. Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to remote-first nature.
