Requirements:
- 2-3 years of finance experience in investment banking, venture capital, PE, or operating finance at a tech or healthcare startup.
- Experience in financial analysis and forecasting with ability to build flexible financial models.
- Strong analytical skills in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Experience manipulating data in data visualization tools (e.g. Metabase, Looker).
- Comfort leveraging AI for efficiency and insights.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep-dive financial analysis and modeling.
- Execute financial planning cycles (budgeting, headcount, forecasts).
- Develop and refine key financial metrics and dashboards.
- Partner with stakeholders on financial analyses for strategic decisions.
- Provide financial analysis for strategic initiatives (pricing, hiring, partnerships).
- Prepare materials for Board-level financial reporting.
