Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance

2-3 years of finance experience in investment banking, venture capital, PE, or operating finance at a tech or healthcare startup. Experience in financial analysis and forecasting with ability to build flexible financial models. Strong analytical skills in Google Sheets and Excel. Experience manipulating data in data visualization tools (e.g. Metabase, Looker). Comfort leveraging AI for efficiency and insights. Healthcare/health tech experience (bonus). Experience with SQL (bonus).

Conduct deep-dive financial analysis and modeling. Execute financial planning cycles (budgeting, headcount, forecasts). Develop and refine key financial metrics and dashboards. Partner with stakeholders on financial analyses for strategic decisions. Provide financial analysis for strategic initiatives (pricing, hiring, partnerships). Prepare materials for Board-level financial reporting.
