Requirements:
4–6+ years of accounting experience Experience ideally working with startups or in a fast-moving environment Strong accounting foundation Experience managing offshore teams or automation-assisted workflows Excellent communicator Process-minded and tech-forward Proficient in tools like QBO, Puzzle, and Google Sheets Experience with automation tools is a plus CPA preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Manage accounting for a portfolio of early-stage, venture-backed startups Review, challenge, and continuously improve work from offshore bookkeepers and automation tools Act as the main accounting contact for your clients Partner with our Head of Accounting to design scalable systems and processes Standardize and document workflows Partner with internal team and engineers to spot automation opportunities Help shape how we build and scale our accounting offering
