The technical challenges involve architecting large-scale, stateful systems, specializing in distributed transactions, and ensuring reliability from day one with comprehensive observability, fault tolerance, and graceful degradation. You'll work on systems that handle rapid growth without sacrificing latency or correctness, focusing on caching, queueing, and rate-limiting.
