- Advise clients on tiered partnership structures, GP/LP economics, and waterfall/promote calculations
- Lead complex tax research projects and produce written recommendations
- Serve as the executive-level relationship owner for a multi-million dollar book of business
- Drive client retention and account expansion
- Manage, mentor, and provide performance coaching to team members
