Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting. 2-3 years senior-level review experience, preferably with real estate and small business clients. 1-2 years experience working with a team of staff accountants. Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online, Yardi, and other property management software. Knowledge of entity types, entity structuring, and entity transactions. High level of technical ability with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite. Proven track record of successfully working directly with clients. Effective written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Public accounting experience preferred.
