Requirements:
5–8+ years in B2B SaaS digital/growth; agency management experience across SEO, paid search/social, PR, and web. 3+ years hands-on HubSpot (workflow automation, lead scoring/routing, campaign analytics). Content strategy for programmatic SEO and thought leadership with PR integration. Demonstrated ownership of pipeline targets and CAC/ROI; strong experimentation mindset (A/B, MVT). Working knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Search Console, Tag Manager, and CRO tools. Excellent brief writing, QA discipline, and project management.
Responsibilities:
Own SEO strategy with agency, approve roadmap, prioritize briefs, and track indicators. Lead paid search & paid social agency, control budgets, audience strategy, and measure performance. Direct PR partner on news calendar, thought leadership, and reporter relationships. Manage web dev/design vendor for roadmap, UX, CRO, and site health. Implement HubSpot marketing automation, lead lifecycle, workflows, and lead routing. Build multi-touch nurture campaigns with branching logic. Organize attribution and reporting dashboards. Create enablement for SDRs/AEs. Establish vendor planning and QBRs, document SOPs. Maintain budget, forecasts, and compliance with privacy regulations.
