  • Understand client goals, provide regular updates on their business health metrics (Shopify revenue, CAC, blended ROAS, etc.), and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
  • Get budgets and KPIs from clients, check if targets are realistic, and break down these targets by timeframe and channel with our specialist team. You’ll make sure deadlines are met and that we have the resources we need to deliver.
  • Host client calls (monthly updates, strategy sessions etc), answer their questions, and manage any issues that come up. You’ll know when to involve our specialists and when to handle things on your own.
