Requirements:

• 3+ years managing performance-focused Meta advertising campaigns.
• 2+ years experience with TikTok advertising management.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify and its analytics tools.
• Excellent copywriting and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Asana, and Slack.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Located in a European time zone with availability from 10 am - 6 pm CET.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns focused on Meta and TikTok, with additional platforms including Snapchat and Pinterest.
• Lead autonomously on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting campaign performance.
• Clearly communicate strategies, insights, and results directly to clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within project teams to ensure cohesive growth strategies and execution.
• Demonstrate proactive ownership: identifying issues early and jumping in with solutions.
• Constantly test new approaches, analyze data, and iterate for performance improvement.
