Requirements:
10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience At least 4–5 years leading lifecycle or customer marketing programs Proven experience building multi-stage lifecycle programs Demonstrated success developing customer advocacy or reference programs Experience partnering with account and customer success teams Strong understanding of ABM practices Deep familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent) Familiarity with CRM data structures Strong analytical skills Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator Strong writing and messaging skills Solid understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and best practices for compliant customer communication
Responsibilities:
Define and own Veriff’s end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy Develop programs to increase retention, upsell, and customer lifetime value Apply ABM principles to customer engagement Integrate lifecycle programs into product usage data and CRM workflows Lead customer marketing efforts and amplify customer stories Develop and scale a formal customer advocacy program Define and track lifecycle KPIs Build dashboards to visualize customer engagement and growth impact Develop testing frameworks for nurture, onboarding, and retention programs Build and lead a high-performing team
