Developer Productivity Engineer

Experience improving the productivity of a 50+ person development team through build/test/deploy processes. Strong development fundamentals. Comfortable driving framework-level improvements across multiple teams. Experience as part of a developer productivity team/function. Ability to organically become 'the build person' and bring order to chaos. Experience delivering code that improved cross-team developer productivity metrics. Ability to dive into feature code, including complicated backend code.

Own the build, test, and deploy processes for software. Improve monorepo productivity by optimizing build/test/deploy patterns. Drive excellence in testing by improving coverage visibility and support. Support and extend multi-region and multi-cloud backend infrastructure. Enhance operational capabilities to catch and respond to production issues.
