Excellent interpersonal skills Experience rolling out team-wide process/tooling changes Ability to identify tradeoffs and needs of companies as they scale Understanding of developer tool chains (IDEs, compilers, debuggers, shells) Experience writing documentation (technical guides, coding standards, tutorials) 8+ years experience in software development Familiarity with TypeScript, React, and Postgres (bonus)
