5+ years of experience in Account Management or Enterprise Sales within SaaS, ideally in tax technology, financial software, or related fields Proven ability to own renewals, manage complex accounts, and negotiate contracts Strong understanding of tax workflows and reporting such as K-1, partnership, or fund structures Experience presenting to senior decision-makers and running structured business reviews Data mindset with comfort using CRM and analytics tools to forecast and monitor client health Excellent communication and relationship skills with a consultative, solutions approach Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
